DOLD offers you a wide spectrum of safety door monitoring modules for a wide variety of applications. The ready-to-connect switching devices mounted on DIN rails monitor the position of movable safety door devices. They can be used anywhere where entry and/or access to a room with dangerous movements makes protection necessary, e.g. for the operation of the machine, the configuration or troubleshooting. The safety door monitoring modules monitor the position of movable safety door switches that are actuated by the opening and/or closing of the safety device.

In addition to the emergency stop safety function, the SAFEMASTER series also offers modules for safety gate monitoring. The safety gate monitors monitor the position of movable safety guards. DOLD offers an interesting alternative with the multifunctional safety system SAFEMASTER M, just for smaller to medium sized facilities. Safety requirements are implemented quickly and easily through the software-free configuration. The SAFEMASTER M safety system is suitable for use in safety applications ranging up to cat. 4 / PL e acc. to EN ISO 13849-1 and SIL 3 acc. to IEC/EN 61508.

DOLD safety gate monitoring modules - flexible, versatile, expandable.

Scalable solutions from a single source. The control unit allows you to combine additional system components in a modular way to design complex solutions for safety and standard control tasks. For this purpose, the safety system can be very easily expanded with additional input and output modules and a fieldbus connection. Then you can configure the system quickly and smoothly using DIP or rotary switches. Software is not required. This eliminates costs for programming, configuration, and service tools as well as costs for regular software updates required with the introduction of new operating systems and software training costs. This allows you to realize numerous automation tasks with a single system – from the simplest machine to interlinked systems to even more complex solutions.

The BD 5935 is used to interrupt a safety circuit in a safe way. It can be used to protect people and machines in applications with e-stop buttons and safety gates.

DOLD magnetic switch applications.

The magnetic switch NE 5020 is suitable to detect the closed state of safety gates, sliding gates and removable covers also under rough ambient conditions or for hygienic requirements. The corresponding control unit is BG 5925/920 or LG 5925/920.
DOLD magnetic switch applications.
Function.
The magnetic switch NE 5020 includes a magnetic coded transmitter and a receiver as decoder. The semiconductor outputs close, when the receiver recognises the right code from the transmitter. The control unit detects cross faults on the lines 14 and 24. The control unit is switched off when a fault is detected and inhibits a new start. The switch is protected against short circuits and peak voltages.
